Overview

Supervises daily villa operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance) and ensures SOP compliance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and quality checks
• plan shifts and handovers
• Manage inventory and ordering; resolve guest issues
• Coordinate vendors
• Prepare daily reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hospitality supervision
• Strong English
• Problem-solving
• Organized
• Basic Google Sheets/PMS familiarity.

Work Schedule

• Full-time on-site
• Rotating shifts
• Weekend/holiday coverage
• On-call as needed.
