Restaurants, cafes, boutiques, spas, bars, convenience stores and the beach are all close by, making this a very easy place to stay if you want to enjoy Seminyak on foot. Villa One Seminyak has a classic Bali villa feel, with a layout designed around privacy, outdoor living and poolside relaxation. It’s not a brand-new minimalist villa, but it offers something many newer central villas don’t: a generous private pool, shaded outdoor bales, tropical character and a fantastic location right in the heart of Seminyak. The poolside dining bale includes a small kitchenette and dining setting beside the pool. It’s a pleasant place for breakfast, drinks, light meals or a private dinner at the villa. On the opposite side of the pool, the relaxation bale has an oversized daybed where guests can read, rest, enjoy a massage or spend a quiet afternoon in the shade. This setup makes the outdoor area feel much more useful than a simple pool deck. It gives guests private places to eat, relax and enjoy the villa throughout the day
The private swimming pool is a key part of the Villa One Seminyak experience. At approximately 7m x 4m, it’s a generous size for a villa in such a central Seminyak location. The pool area has black stone detailing, tropical planting, bougainvillea, poolside loungers and a central sculpture that gives the courtyard character. With the dining bale on one side and the relaxation bale on the other, the pool area becomes the centre of the villa. It’s a good setup for slow mornings, afternoon swims, in-villa massages, drinks before dinner or quiet evenings after walking back from Eat Street. The outdoor space is private, easy to enjoy and surprisingly generous for a villa so close to Seminyak Square.
